We were delighted to be presented with an award for Innovation in a Rural Business earlier this year by Business Link.
We are also thrilled to have won a Gold Award in the Flower Shop of the Year Competition 2007, run by the Flower Council of Holland.
Sited on 3 acres of land just outside Maghull in Merseyside, we are very easy to find. Access is good as we are situated directly off Robbin's Island and within just a couple of minutes drive from the M57 and M58 motorways.
Hartley’s Nurseries has been run by the Hartley family for five generations. The new flower and plant shop stands on the site of the original Aspinwall House, a smallholding which the family first established as a nursery in the late 19th Century.

The produce grown on the site has changed over the generations from salad crops and fruit to flowers and plants.
Nowadays, Hartley’s are well-known for the quality of the home-grown bedding plants, hanging baskets and the chrysanthemum blooms they produce
for retail sale. |
A full floristry service is provided and every occasion can be catered for. A large selection of ready-made arrangements are always for sale in our large flower shop.
Hartley's can deliver flowers and plants locally and arrange for national deliveries. |
