Orders

The flowers and plants shown on this website are only a small sample of the range we have available for sale in our flower shop and nursery. We are very happy to talk to customers either in person or over the telephone in order to ascertain their requirements. Should we not have a certain product in stock, we can, if possible, try to source the item for them. Please call our free telephone number: 0800 78 313 96.

Deliveries

We can deliver all our products locally ourselves (local delivery charges will apply). If you require your flowers to be sent further afield, then we can help you find a florist in the area which you wish to send to. Please contact us for further details.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer you can speak to us in person and place your order over the telephone. Please call one of our friendly staff on our free telephone number: 0800 78 313 96.

Payment Security

All our online payments are processed via the Secure Trading gateway. (www.securetrading.com). All data is passed between our website and the payment gateway using 128bit security. Card details are taken behind a secure socket layer (SSL) to ensure security.

Cancellations and Alterations

Should you change your mind, we are quite happy to change or cancel your order, providing we have not already processed your order. We advise you to call us immediately with your instructions.

Complaints Procedure

We always aim to send out the best and freshest flowers and plants as per our customers’ instructions. However, in the rare event that you are not happy with our service, we shall do everything we can to resolve the matter quickly and to your complete satisfaction.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute flowers and plants with those of a similar quality should those originally ordered be unavailable or if we believe the quality is below our high standards. Flowers and plants are perishable products and neither are produced on production lines, so gaps in supply can and do happen.
