9am - 4pm Sunday
Food can be ordered until 3:30pm every day; drinks & cakes can be ordered up to 4pm. Breakfast served all day (last orders 3:30pm).
Bookings are not generally required, however if you have a large group or know you are coming for Afternoon Tea, please book in ahead of your visit.
The Café at Hartley’s was a welcome addition to our garden centre back in 2011. A place for our visitors to be able to sit back, relax and enjoy some home-made fresh food or refreshing drink whilst taking in the unique green and floral environment surrounding them.
Our talented chefs prepare fresh seasonal hot and cold food on a daily basis, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. The Café at Hartley’s offers a range of food choices; from the famous ‘Bill’s Breakfast, light lunch bites and children’s menu to keep the little ones happy. Our home-baked cakes and scones are delicious, and perfectly accompany a hot coffee or pot of tea with friends.
A popular choice for many of our guests is our Afternoon Tea for Two. Served between 1pm and 3.30pm daily, our Afternoon Tea for Two includes a selection of hand cut sandwiches, home-baked mini scones with all the trimmings, variety of freshly made cakes and not forgetting a big pot of English Breakfast Tea.
